BLANK MERCHANDISE: Most promotional and apparel items are available as blanks (without imprint). Please inquire for specific details.
DIE/SETUP: Setup charges vary by item. Please see specific item for details.
IMPRINTING: Most prices listed will include a one-color one-location imprint at no additional charge.
INK-COLOR: Typically there is no charge for ‘standard’ ink colors but there may be a charge for PMS color matching. PMS colors are matched as closely as possible but an exact match cannot always be guaranteed due to different imprinting methods.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: Quantities vary by item. Please refer to specific item for minimum order quantity.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE: An actual imprinted sample of you product can normally be produced for a nominal fee if required. Please inquire for details if interested.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS: All orders are binding upon the company only after acceptance by Specialty Promotions.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: We will acknowledge receipt of your Purchase Order promptly.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancelled orders will be billed for work in progress.
C.O.D. SHIPMENTS: Not available.
DROP SHIPMENTS: $10.00 per destination, first location no charge.
FAX ORDERS: Fax orders are acceptable, but fax transmissions cannot be considered camera-ready artwork. Art charges may apply.
F.O.B.: Shipping point. Origination point determined by product and factory used. Cost of freight not included; please inquire for details and options.

PRODUCTION TIME: Normally 2-3 weeks after receipt of art approval. If you need it sooner, please ask. Specialty Promotions will do everything we can to meet your required date.
REORDERS: Typically can be produced within 5 working days from receipt of order. Please reference previous Purchase Order or Invoice Number. Artwork is kept on file for 2 years.
RETURN POLICY: Must have prior factory approval or shipment will be refused. Restocking fees may apply.
